Start by selecting the exercises you do most and indicate the intensity that suits you.
Then set the number of rolls you impose for this session. The exercises are chosen at random and can surprise you, rest you, or challenge you.
Works great for group workouts, where each player takes turns rolling the die and performing the activity. The first who is unable to complete the exercise loses.
For the more ambitious, it is possible to separate the exercises from their number of repetitions with our 2-die workout kit. This will pace your workout with very simple exercises and others that are more complicated!
